Greg Horn


Greg Horn's is the Director of "Sports Talk" and also the host Monday through Friday. Greg's background in sports started back in college at the University of Kentucky, where he lived in the Men's Basketball Dorm, the "Wildcat Lodge." While living there from 1983-1987, Horn saw firsthand the 1984 Team that had future NBA players, Sam Bowie, Melvin Turpin, and Kenny Walker.
Horn in his Senior year had an internship in the Sports Department at WKYT in Lexington, serving under Rob Bromley, Dave Baker and Dick Gabriel.
Pursuing his love for basketball, Greg was an Assistant Basketball Coach at WKU(Western Kentucky University) from 1990-1992. Horn later became an entrepreneur and was cited in John Maxwell's Book, Failing Forward. Horn continued to get his basketball "fix" thru his youngest brother Darrin, who was an Assistant Coach at Morehead State and Marquette, then later became Head Coach at WKU and South Carolina.
Horn's favorite college team is UK in football and basketball. NFL Teams are Bengals and Cowboys. NBA Team is the New York Knicks and Baseball is Cincinnati Reds.


Jackson Reams


Jackson is on the show Monday through Friday. He has played soccer and basketball since he was 5 and continues to do so in his spare time. He has coached and refereed elementary and middle school basketball in the past and is currently a referee for a high school church basketball league. Jackson was born and has lived in Lexington, KY all his life and recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with a journalism degree focused in broadcast. He is a born and raised UK sports fan, following mainly basketball and football, however he also enjoys following the university's other teams for example softball. As far as professional sports go he is a Reds, Bengals, and Manchester United fan, while also supporting ex-Cats in the NBA.


Anthony Combs


AC joins Greg on Sports Talk on Thursdays. He played basketball and baseball in high school and has been actively involved in youth sports in Lexington for the last 15 years. Along with coaching girls basketball at Lexington Christian Academy he also was a head coach for Southeastern Babe Ruth for 7 seasons and helped several players acheive their goal of playing at the college level. Anthony grew up in Manchester, KY and attended the University of Kentucky. He also had an eight year carrer as a professional wrestler and squared off against many greats of the squared circle including Bill Dundee, the Rock n' Roll Express and WWE Hall of Famers Jerry "The King" Lawler and Jake "The Snake" Roberts. He is a huge fan of the Boston Red Sox and Celtics, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kentucky Wildcats.


Tim Smith


Tim helps out behind the scenes with the website and social media. He also calls in from time to time to talk UK football. Tim has played many sports and been mediocre at best in almost half of them. He grew up playing basketball, golf, baseball (and later slow pitch softball), and roller hockey. Tim also loves to ski both on the water and snow. He lost his amateur status in bowling at the age of 14 after winning $15.00 (and a key chain) as the most improved average in a church bowling league. Tim grew up in Winchester, KY and graduated from Asbury University with a degree in media communications. He is a huge Kentucky football fan and a very involved tailgater. Tim loves to travel to away games. He and his dad have a goal to see Kentucky play in every SEC home venue. They have been to 11 different SEC stadiums to watch UK games. He, like most people in the Commonwealth, also loves UK basketball.
